Welcome to the Shadow Cliff Sharks Swim Team! 

NON-MEMBER REGISTRATION FORM

This Registration Form is intended for Families who are NOT current members of Shadow Cliff Swim and Recreation Club, of if your membership expires prior to Labor Day of this year. If you are a member, please log in to the Shadow Cliff Member Dashboard to find the Member Registration Form.

Sponsors:

Swim Team Sponsorships are actively being sought.  If you refer a sponsor, you may be eligible for a discount (10% of sponsorship level) on your registration.  Please contact Angie at [email protected] for more information PRIOR to completing your registration.  Checkout is easy and can be done online Sponsor Tab of the Swim Team Website:  shadowcliffsharks.com

New Swimmers:

New and younger swimmers will need to attend swimmer evaluations prior to participating in practice.   Your swimmer does not need to be able to swim the full length of the pool at the start of the season to take part in on the team. For children that are not able to swim/float across the diving well, our coaches offer private lessons beginning in May to help them get swim team ready. One benefit to taking private lessons with our coaches is they will know exactly what your child needs to work on to make the team.  If your child has participated on another swim team and would like to register, please Contact Angie with any questions. 

Parents / Guardians
  • New accounts will be sent an email confirmation message with instructions to set up a password.
  • At least one parent/guardian is required to volunteer.
  • Previously registered parents/guardians cannot be edited during registration. Please contact your team's admin to request edits.

Waiver/Release

I, the parent/guardian of all of the registrants above, all minors, agree that I and the  registrants will abide by the rules of the Lonestar Summer Swim League, its affiliated organizations and sponsors.  Please visit https://lsssl.swimtopia.com/ for more information.

Recognizing the possibility of physical injury associated with swimming and in consideration by the Lonestar Summer Swim League, accepting the registrants for its summer league swimming programs and activities (the "Programs").  I hearby release, discharge and/or otherwise indemnify the Lonestar Summer Swim League, its affiliated organizations and sponsors, their employees and associated personnel, including the Northeast ISD, Northside ISD, Palo Alto College and owners of pools and facilities utilized for the Programs against any claim by and or on behalf of the registrants as a result of the registrants participation in the Programs and/or being transported to or from the same, which transportation I hereby authorize.  I also understand that registrants might be photographed and I allow their photo, video or film likeness to be used for any legitimate purpose.

I agree that this Waiver, Release and Indemnification Agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of the State of Texas, and if any portion hereof is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance hereof shall, notwithstanding, continue in full legal force and effect.

Volunteers

As a member of the Shadow Cliff Sharks Swim Team, I  understand that the team requires many volunteers to run a successful swim meet and season.  I understand each family is expected to volunteer for at least two jobs/roles throughout the season.  I agree to volunteer or find a representative to volunteer for the jobs/roles I chose.

Refund Policy

Refunds requested prior to the first day of in the water practice will be refunded at 95% of your registration fee. Refunds requested after in the water practices have begun will be refunded at 75% of the registration fee. Registration is NOT refundable after the first week of practice.
